We could not be more thankful for Samantha’s work on our wedding day! We hired Samantha to plan an intimate wedding with 30 or so guests at Chateau de Bouthonvilliers. She was extremely efficient and made everything look effortless (despite the on and off rain showers that threatened our magical day). As a very busy lawyer in NY who was planning a destination wedding in France, I was nervous about the planning process, but Samantha made sure that everything was planned and ran smoothly. We interviewed a number of planners, and we are SO glad we decided to go with Samantha Bottelier events. Samantha ran all of the vendor conversations, negotiated contracts and coordinated logistics. Samantha only takes on a limited number of weddings per year, and personally plans each one, so you really get her undivided attention and she is very hands on. She also made sure that we were on schedule in each step of the process, and would send me weekly reminders of things that needed to get done. Not only that, she had amazing taste and her vision is to be trusted. Her Instagram shows her weddings are all beautiful - they are not just highlights! Many times, I found myself deferring to her suggestions in vendors and color schemes and her vendor team is also so wonderful. Our wedding felt like the most fun, intimate celebration of our love, which is exactly what we wanted, and all of our friends and family were so impressed with Samantha. During the planning process, Samantha keep us organized. Samantha helped us stick to timelines and budgets and helped us find a venue while we stayed in NYC. Samantha went to multiple venues in Paris and sent us pictures and videos to help us decide. Samantha also worked with us to select the best vendors and all of Samantha’s recommendations were spot on. Truly could not have asked to have been surround by better, warmer people on our day than those she surrounds herself with.

Once we arrived in Paris and had the opportunity to meet Samantha for the first time in person, it felt like we had known her for years. For us, Samantha helped us arrange a boat cruise for welcome drinks and then the our wedding the following day. Samantha was on it and brought our vision and all of our dreams to life. On the actual wedding day, Samantha is your #1. She is there to steam your dress, make sure you eat, calm your nerves, etc. She does it all!

I cannot emphasize enough how wonderful and on it Samantha was, from the beginning to the end. She was always available when I had a question or needed her advice leading up to the wedding and during the actual events, all of her incredible talents shinned through. Samantha knew what you wanted or needed, even before you did. Which is an impressive gift.

Overall, from meeting Samantha online to selecting a venue and all of our vendors without seeing anything until the actual wedding day, I cannot emphasize enough that nothing could have went better or smoother, all thanks to Samantha.
